Heh..I knew Zed was up to something playing the Eddie Haskell thing ;) My writing isn't going well either. I've already decided to give up.

I'm in third in my fantasy league. Better than seventh, which is where I finished last year.

You're right, pictures are INSANE. I buy the littlest package, scan and print. Way cheaper. :P
Have a wonderful dinner tonight!!

usually when my kids are up to something, it's because they brought their report card home, or a test home, that there's a problem with.

i didn't realize you were doing that nano thing too, i'm reading 3, there is no way i could ever even pretend that i could accomplish something like that. think of it as a marathon you're running, you'll do it!

Getting Nick to meet your mom on her birthday...slick! Hope it all goes well. When she sees how happy you are, I'm sure it will.

Ah another NaNoMo participant. I wanted to do it but couldn't even begin to find the time to devote. Too many irons in the fire you know?

Hell, I admire you for attempting to write a novel at all. I say write whatever comes to mind and decide later whether you want to go back and edit or start fresh with all knowledge you gained from your Nanonovel.

Good luck with the NaNoWriMo. I think I'll do it next year. My internal editor is a beast - I have the hardest time writing anything without thinking it's not good enough. I'm hoping I can tame it a bit this year so that I have a chance of being successful next year!

Soon it's going to be OUR birthday and you can post about that!
By Carnealian, at 11/03/2005 01:46:00 PM
You are a good mom for not paying out for some silly bet.
Good luck on the half. After San Fran, it's going to be like a walk in the park!

Happy Birthday Mom!!
By Laura at VitaminSea, at 11/03/2005 04:27:00 PM
If you get stuck with the Nanowriting, why not turn it over to your readers and let them each write a paragraph? LOL j/k..i'm sure that's breaking the rules.
ahem. but it might make for some interesting comments!
Poor ol' Zed, the hard lessons Mom is gonna have to teach him!
Nick sounds so cool, hope you all have a great time tonight!

I figured something was up with Zed because that was a lot of good things all at once! Too good to be true! Enjoy your dinner. Good luck on your half marathon and can't wait to see the pictures from San Francisco! Here is my link... http://multiplemania.blogspot.com/2005/11/thursday-thirteen.html

I would fall over dead if my son did those things, even with an ulterior motive. But good for you for telling him to spend his own money!

Ah a woman after my own heart...a football chick. Can I say, I LOVE YOU? :) I did soooooooo good last week but this week not so good, who knew the "LAMBS" would win without their quarterback and half their team. I hate them! :) I went against my beloved Packers (shhhhhh don't tell) or I would have done worse. Sorry I'm blabbering about football! Hope you are well, thanks for always stopping by and commenting!

So many of my favorite reads are doing this Thursday 13 thing, I'm going to have to give into the peer pressure and start doing it myself.

All the Best of running runners for the half!
By The Wisdom of Wislon, at 11/04/2005 04:35:00 AM
My dad stopped running after he did his London marathon in 1990, so good on you, maybe my dad'll dust off his Reeboks again one day.
Have fun
PS: had trouble with your verification
